Abstract

Professional training acquired characteristics from the context where develops, you can refer to this process at the Faculty of physical culture (FCF) from Santiago de Cuba, career, academic year and group, moreover, can also be included different educational spaces that generate each one of those structural levels, such as classrooms, laboratories, teaching units and communities. In this teaching unit, the professional formation process develops in a relationship between education and instruction, where the need to educate the man while instructed him to speak. However, the main weakness can highlight in this relationship if fails the conception of a strategy to integrate all the substantive University processes. For this reason, it creates the need to structure a work system, oriented on that direction, in order to achieve the synergy of these processes inside, giving priority to education. By that reason, this effort were exposed the Integral strategy to the educational (TP) and politico-ideological work (TPI) results, since the practice of the conception at culture physical of Oriente University in 2016-2017 course, structured to splitting them own substantive processes and levels of the career organization. The achievements made in the training of the professional and impacts on the community, is visualized in the increase of the main indicators of quality of all the developed processes.
