Knowledge about sportive management in the professional physicist instructor

Abstract

The objective of this research is to apport knowledges about sportive management in the physicist instructor, because of the need of extension of his professional profile and functions in the direction’s area.  Nowadays there is an interest by the management in the universities, looking for the best quality of its syllabus’s programs. Management is an important element of the physicist instructor’s daily formation, as well as his intervention way in this area. In this research are used methods such like Inductive-deductive, analysis- synthesis, etc. The benefits of the research are the use of evaluation in order to have a best quality in sportive exertion, and detection of deficiency’s areas in the exercise. This knowledge elates the individual performance of direction’s responsible an of the others members in the organization, and it also involves a constant thought about the knowledge and learning in the permanent research.
