Abstract

This paper was carried out with the aim of solving the scarce information offered by the program of preparation of the athlete related to the subject investigated. The methodology is used in the methods: historical−logical, analytical−synthetic, inductive−deductive, documentary revision, observation, interview, group dynamics, descriptive statistics and empirical frequency distribution. The results obtained are summarized in a methodological document that guides the coaches for the efficient planning and conduction of the end game classes.
