The humanistic education Professional Physical Culture: Sports Law potentialities.

Abstract

The humanistic education in the current context of universities is an urgent requirement, taking into account such complex processes such as globalization, the new revolution of knowledge and poor durability of the results of science and technology, which are replaced very soon. The conception of pedagogical work in humanistic training, taking into account the elective course in sports law allows forming a broad professional profile, knowledge bases, skills and values ​​consistent with the demands of the times. The aim of this work is to establish cognitive relations from the law of sport for the formation of a professional Physical Culture with high human sense, which enhances their pedagogical action in the community for their own needs and interests. Research is conducted in the fourth year of receiving regular day course as an elective subject in the second semester and for this the historical and logical analysis and synthesis methods, hypothetical-deductive systems approach, observation, survey, interviews were used and document analysis. The course helps to raise the sporting justice, the humanist sense, recognizing the rights and duties with athletes and citizens regarding the relationships established in sport, so this area is an essential link in the formation of sports legal culture that learners should have to apply in their professional lives.
