Abstract

The article aims to reveal the results of the implementation of the didactic strategy for the integration of technical and morphofunctional preparation in wrestling in the Combinado Deportivo ¨Los Olmos¨ in the municipality of Santiago de Cuba. Work that is carried out from an integrative approach from the knowledge of the sciences applied to sport, with the mediation of the teaching-learning process in individual work, which enables the personological characterization of the wrestler in childhood with an integrating vision of the components of sports training as a cooperation / opposition sport. Action that is proposed for the technical and mor-functional integration of the wrestler, not only in its personalized nature, but also in comprehensive sports training, as well as using work tools that contribute to empowering the free wrestler in category 11 sports initiation -12 years. The strategy is based on the systemic-structural-functional method and modeling. For the evaluation of its feasibility, inferential statistics and the criteria of specialists were used. Its application revealed changes in the modes of action of the Lucha Libre teachers for the work with the sports group in the Santiago de Cuba municipality and became the object of improvement of the pedagogical group and specialists.
