Effectiveness of leisure activities for working with asthma schools

The objective of the research is the development of recreational activities for working with asthmatic schoolchildren from Physical Education. This subject is a component of comprehensive education and occupies an important place in the general system of harmonious and multilateral development of childhood, since it contributes greatly to the formation and development of their personality. Among the fundamental antecedents of the subject appear López Rodríguez, A. (2003); Díaz de los Reyes, et al. (2005); Ruiz, Aguilera, A. (2011) and Mendoza Martínez, L. (2020) who have offered epistemological foundations on Physical Education and recreational activities for the treatment of asthmatic schoolchildren, however this work is observed in isolation and not within the subject itself. Various respiratory function tests were used in the research, as well as scientific methods such as synthesis-analysis, induction-deduction and other mathematical-statistics. The implementation of the recreational activities in the Physical Education class shows its importance in the results obtained, which show the significance of the proposal, achieving a developing teaching and an improvement of the disease to raise the quality of life of the schoolchildren.
