Abstract

The present article is a result of an investigation carried out by a team of professors during the studies made in a Course of Sport Psychology, the main objective is to lecture in the connection with some ideas that are used about the necessity or not of establishing psychological directions for the sport training with the same rigor that others are settled down, in this way the community of investigators ,after a meticulous study of the topic, decides to propose these for the development of the precompetitive stage of a female volleyball team in the EIDE "Orestes Acosta" of Santiago from Cuba, which, besides captures in the graphic plan as a way of illustrating with more accuracy what is pretended to make. In a general way the more demanded methods and techniques were used to this type of investigation, it is said in this sense the analysis-synthesis, the induction - deduction, the observation made to the trainings and as technique the interview. As a more significant result, it is the proposal of possible psychological directions to plan during the sport training, what was broadly not accepted not only by the sport psychologists that were consulted, but also for many trainers that manifested the urgency to achieve this in all the teams, previous negotiation with the rest of the members that conform the direction of the sport teams.
