Abstract

The research objective is to elaborate a method for the explosive force development in baseball pitchers useful for the physical trainers of this sport. The scientific praxis was developed in the competitive and preparatory period of the 51 National Series where the Positional-Explosive Combined Method was applied. The results showed a superior effectiveness with regard to the other ones of traditional use.
