Velocidade e agilidade em jovens basquetebolistas, efeito da conducão da bola

Resumo

A condução do basquete durante os protocolos físicos é uma abordagem da especificidade esportiva. O objetivo do trabalho é: comparar resultados do teste de velocidade e agilidade de jovens jogadores de basquete, com e sem condução de bola. Participaram jovens jogadores de basquete de competições locais em Bogotá DC, (n=41) com idades entre 13 e 14 anos, altura 164,5 ± 10,1 cm, peso 53,6 ± 11,7 kg e massa gorda 18,3 ± 6,2%. Foram realizados testes de velocidade de 20 metros e um novo teste de agilidade. Cada teste foi realizado duas vezes com a condução da bola e duas vezes sem a condução da bola. Foram utilizadas fotocélulas de luz infravermelha de alta velocidade, modelo WL34-R240. Foi realizada estatística descritiva que incluiu média, erro padrão de medida, intervalo de confiança de 95% e desvio padrão para todas as variáveis avaliadas em todos os participantes. As diferenças médias residuais e a concordância para cada teste foram então plotadas usando um gráfico de Bland-Altman. A concordância foi considerada alta: tanto para velocidade (viés médio = 0,32 DP= 0,28 t= 7,230 p≤ 0,001) quanto para agilidade (viés médio= 0,46 DP= 0,43 t = 6,737 p≤ 0,001) na comparação dos testes realizados com o condução de bola e sem condução de bola. Concluiu-se que: o nível de concordância foi alto. O uso do elemento é recomendado em testes de velocidade e agilidade em jovens jogadores de basquete. Por outro lado, o drible é demonstrado como um elemento fundamental do basquete.
