The professional coaches no graduates in overcoming Cantonal Sports League in Manta City

Abstract

The issue is a problem of great topical and important in many countries. The objective focuses on the design of a training program that contributes to the quality of the sports training who develop from the determination of the main needs and priorities for improvement. Theoretical and empirical methods that facilitated the fulfilment of the objectives apply. Within the results of the work stands out the detection of the needs of teachers overcome, which facilitated the identification of courses which should be taken immediately in the different activities of overcoming. As part of the results described the criteria provided by respondents, as well as the behavior of variables, dimensions and indicators about the direction of the process of overcoming that develops with the coaches. They stand out within the conclusions, that the area linked to the theory of sports training is considered as the highest priority, excelling in addition, areas of Traumatology, biological foundations of training, tactical preparation of the athlete and the psychological preparation, aspects of forced inclusion and treatment within the program of self-improvement.  From consultation with experts, is evidenced that the training program has sufficient quality to promote an improvement in the professional level of the teachers, and echo; in the process of sports training quality.
