Abstract

This investigation is directed to the technique teaching and learning process on scholars from the Volleyball masculine team 13-15 year-old, at the "Captain Orestes Acosta Herrera” Center, Santiago de Cuba. It was made formal and informal interviews and observations to the sports training process which showed deficiencies in the serve’s attention concentration. The research objective is the elaboration of visualization actions to promote the attention’s concentration during the technical element serve. The novelty is that the activities offered put into practice Volleyball sports knowledge from its linking with the mental training, to strengthen the technique and the sports yield.
