The work refers to the historical component of the cultural dimension in the profile of demand of the Taekwondo, directed to value the effectiveness from a superación program to trainers of this sport, for the formation of a historical culture in its practitioners in whose elaboration methods and technical characteristic of this investigation type were used that allowed to systematize the existent knowledge on the origin, evolution and diffusion of this martial art, and its use in the preparation of the taekwondista. The investigation carried out evidence how this component strengthens the sport identity, the relevancy and the intrinsic values that it registers the practice of this sport.Downloads
