Procedure for analyzing of strategic-tactical football team behavior

Abstract

The management of teams of football happens through a continuum and progressive decision-making process. For the decision makers (technical directors, trainers and football players) this implies of an indispensable development of the pertinent analyses of such sports situations, for the sake of defining with clarity the problem and the requests of the solution. In the football context Cuban, the perfecting of this process is priority. For such reasons, the scientific research is intended to answer the following scientific problem: How to improve the decision-making process of technical management in football? Pretending the objective: to elaborate a how-to system for the analysis of the strategic tactical behavior of teams of football (PACET), contributing this way, to the perfecting of the effective decision-making in the technical management. For the scientific research is used as sample to the managers of the teams corresponding to the province Santiago of Cuba and it is sustained of the contributions contained above the studies on the complexity in relation to the strategic tactical behavior of the cooperative situational sports. The how-to system enables a sequential analysis of the essential elements, of global shape and in interaction, on the strategic tactical behavior in football, and enables determining the relevant informations to consider to generate effective solutions during the decision making in the technical management.
