Abstract

The work aims to achieve an understanding of the text from the use of cognitive and metacognitive development of finding information on students of the career of Physical Culture strategies. a proposed learning strategies is made to access the text and improve reading levels based on independent study. The aspects of the work are: the consulting different literature sources and consideration of the results of previous research related to scientific projects of the faculty and to use cognitive and metacognitive strategies to ensure that students learn to learn to understand and thus achieve that this communicative ability is an act of intelligence that contributes to their professional training.
