Abstract

As a result of this research, are presented the theoretical fundaments for quality assessment of the high performance sport services.  These fundaments, are integrated by the concept of quality of high performances services, its characteristics and dimension and indicators for its assessment.  The need of these fundaments comes from the theoretical needs of sport services quality, due to the conception of quality services from the customer’s satisfaction. This conception is not enough for high performances sport services, due to their particularities. To improve the theoretical fundaments, were used the system method, analysis and synthesis, expert criteria and structural analysis. Conclusions are addressed to the fundament’s need and the essence of each one of them; finally, recommendations are addressed to the improvement of new instruments focused to assessment high performance sport.
