Abstract

Partial lack of training is one of the most important subjects in the athletes' formation process nowadays. It is necessary since the athlete arrives at his or her first sport achievements in such sports as Kayak. When trainers work with the lack of training, they apply the training variants through a descending way starting from the transit period. The research objective is to pursue the application of exercises and games as an alternative way to achieve the athlete's partial lack of training, in order to diminish the effects of burdens during the transit period, and subsequently to favor the assimilation of the new work burden for its development. Methods and scientific procedures were used. Among the main conclusions we can mention the achievement of the active athlete's transit period, besides, some deficiencies were diminished at the beginning of the general physical preparation process and it made possible a better and faster bioadaptation to the sport training.
