Strategy of professional overcoming football coach and its dynamic

The objective of the article was oriented towards the elaboration of a strategy of professional improvement of the soccer coach and its dynamics. The methodology used is specified in the methods: historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, observation, interview, group dynamics, descriptive statistics and hypothesis dócimas. The most important results are specified in the updating and preparation of football sports coaches in relation to the selection of variables, their operationalization, classification in the data registry and their application in the framework of their functions. The proposed overcoming, is an expression of the epistemological interpretation of the object, leads to favoring the training process, to apply statistics and its contextualization in practice, as a theoretical construct, represented the reality of overcoming to apply statistics in their functions, your organization and your essential relationships. In its main conclusion it was possible to connote, from a logical approach, the application of statistics as content of the functions of the football coach, contributing to the improvement of the training process.Downloads
