Abstract

The aim of this article was determine the most relevant kinematic indicators in technique extension jump used mechanical purpose of each phase as a connecting element. This article used a systematic review with a intend search of 76 scientific documents fulfilling the key words; jump, artistic gymnastic and kinematic and their respective combinations of which 14 were selected. One of the conclusion found was that the most relevant kinematic indicators were: distance, acceleration, velocity, displacement, trajectory, trampoline contact time, percentage trampoline strain, height center of mass, flight time, displacement mass of center, trajectory center of mass, hip relative angle, relation mass of center with support base.
