Didactic alternative for the improvement of basic training in Shito-Ryu Karate-Do

Abstract

This work has as objective: Develop a didactic alternative for the improvement of basic training in Shito-Ryu Karate-Do in students of 9-10 years in the sport community center Abel Santamaría from Santiago de Cuba. The proposal responds to a group needs diagnosed in the teaching-learning process. This alternative may be used as reference material for teachers of Shito-Ryu and effective means of information and knowledge, which is conceived adequately the teaching-learning process of Shito-Ryu style, depending on basic training of the students of 9-10 years. The conception of this work are built upon the main theoretical and methodological process of learning style fundamentals  enabling break with traditional and empirical conceptions that abound in the sport as such.

The use of methods and techniques such as observation, survey, structural functional systemic and others, allowed to diagnose the current state of the process of teaching and learning at the base and solve one of the deficiencies raised in the bank problems center. Currently the alternative is in phase of generalization in Santiago de Cuba, 4th district.
