Errors correction and sport protagonism: an experience from the reflexive procedures’s use in Volleyball athletes

This research summarizes the acquired experiences in the procedure use aimed et personalized attention of the different aspect related to the female volleyball team preparation in Marianao, La Habana, from the reflexive procedures’use. The observations during the training sessions, the interviews to family members and teachers, and the applied tests allowed the individual and group difficulties diagnostic. This research higlights who these elements have favored the personal and group growth, the self- knowledge, the responsability level increasement, the group coherence, as well as the technical and tachtical elements execution. Besides, it tackles how the coordinated labor altogeder with te family members, teachers, and other educative influencies contributed to rise the competitive results and also allowed and approach to the athletes protagonism in their sport formation.
