Improvement of the process of training the attack of the fighter in wrestling

Abstract

In the process of sport training, the technical and tactical preparation responds to new conceptions at the present time. ¶The object of study in this investigation was directed to the education process learning of the sport abilities of the fighters free style, with the purpose of perfecting the technical and tactical preparation in this category; ¶the general mission was to elaborate a methodology strategy sustained in a logical structure of the attack actions, being perfected the process of education learning and with it, the sport abilities of the fighter, from the changes in the regulation of the World Wrestling Union U.W.W. ¶For the development of the investigation several theoretical methods of investigation like the analysis and synthesis were used, induction logical, systemic deduction, historical structural functional and of empirical order, the observation, measurement and the experiment, accompanied by interviews to specialists of experience and academic level. ¶As result could be stated insufficiencies in the used methodology strategy, their theoretical foundations are sustained in a model on the base of the easy thing to the complex. The proposal of the investigation has like foundation the continuity of the actions of the standing position to four points from education, with the purpose of dynamic the activities; bringing as result the sport increase in the effectiveness of the fighters in the combat and results, correspondence with the exigencies of the present fight.
