THE INDIVIDUALIZATION OF THE TECHNICAL PREPARATION: A CRITIC ANALYSIS

Abstract

In this article was made a tendencial and critic analysis on conceptualization of the individualization process of the technical preparation in the sport training. Its objective was oriented towards the determination of its main ones regularities and limitations. In the profit of the same one it was used like general approach the dialectic- materialist, together with different theoretical methods like: analysis-synthesis, inductive-deductive and historical-logical (these allowed the deepening of the treated contents), generalization-concretion of the processed information and the historical evolution of the conceptions of application of the individualization in the technical preparation. In the essential, the slight knowledge was approached raised by Donskoi y Zatsiorski (1988), Rieder y Ficher (1990), Verjoshansky (2002) and Salorio (2010). In please an understanding more adapted of the assumed logic, it was left from an analysis in winch to the theoretician-methodologic basics immersed within the technical progression and of the implementation of individualization like principle of the training. In its main conclusion it was observed like in the existing conceptualizations stands out the predominance of the psycho-pedagogical approach from the class on its longitudinal projection (macro-structure). In this sense, the same ones do not contemplate of clear way, the integration of special and technical physics preparation, from this last dimension, like importance element to reach the highest possible results of each sportsman at the moment of the competition.
