Abstract

This study aims to propose a framework that combines statistical data with detailed nutritional information to design personalized dietary strategies for athletes. It begins with an introduction to the importance of nutrition in sports performance, emphasizing the need to address this area more precisely and personalized. The methodology
involves collecting dietary and performance data from a group of athletes, followed by statistical analysis including correlation tests, regression, and analysis of variance. The results reveal significant relationships between certain nutrients and athletic performance, as well as differences in nutritional requirements among different sports disciplines. The conclusions highlight the importance of developing personalized dietary strategies tailored to the individual needs of each athlete, which can significantly improve their performance and overall well-being. Future research is suggested to further explore this area to validate and enhance the proposed analytical framework.
