Estilos psico/atribucionales en la deserción deportiva/estudiantil de la educación superior tecnológica

Comprender cómo los estudiantes explican sus fracasos o éxitos académicos y deportivos, influyendo directamente en su motivación, perseverancia y decisiones de abandono, es una de las líneas de investigación fundamentadas en la optimización educativa. Por ello, se plantea como objetivo de la investigación determinar la relación entre los estilos atribucionales y la deserción en estudiantes que practican sistemáticamente deportes de la Educación Superior tecnológica, Sullana 2024. La investigación empleó un diseño no experimental, de orientación cuantitativa y análisis transversal, utilizando la regresión ordinal logística. La muestra estuvo formada por 299 estudiantes atletas escogidos de manera aleatoria. Se evaluaron aspectos atributivos (internos, externos, estables, inestables, positivos y negativos) a través de una escala ordinal. El análisis estadístico reveló una relación significativa entre los estilos atribucionales y la deserción estudiantil (p<0.05), con un R² de Nagelkerke de 0.124, indicando una explicación moderada del fenómeno. La regresión logística por dimensiones mostró asociaciones
significativas con los factores personales (R²=0.046), académicos (R²=0.112), sociales (R²=0.113), económicos (R²=0.085) e institucionales (R²=0.086). Se evidenció que mayores puntajes en estilos atribucionales funcionales se asocian con menor probabilidad de deserción. Los datos no presentaron normalidad, justificando el uso de modelos no paramétricos. La dimensión social fue la más influyente. Se confirma la hipótesis alternativa. La investigación confirma que los estilos atribucionales influyen significativamente en la deserción de estudiantes. Las creencias sobre las causas del éxito o fracaso están vinculadas con factores sociales, académicos e institucionales. Estos hallazgos son clave para diseñar políticas y estrategias psicoeducativas.
