On this occasion, the ARRANCADA editorial team has the privilege of launching for you this issue,
dedicated to the IBEROAMERICAN NETWORK FOR THE COOPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND CULTURE (IberoRed).
This Mexican federation directed by Mr. Alejandro Suárez Aviles,
integrates more than 20 countries and is committed to promoting the improvement of health habits
of the population in general.
It promotes the practice and teaching of sport, physical culture in all its facets and sports research,
as a strategy that responds to social needs from individual ones, with a population, multisectoral,
multidisciplinary and culturally appropriate perspective.
The dedication was determined in such a way to honor his renowned work of
creating necessary support conditions for relations between nations,
where high quality education levels, permanent work for all, conditions of progress,
educational, cultural and social development will be promoted. On the other hand,
it is important to note that the Universidad de Oriente is linked to said system
through its member Ph. D. Manuel Alejandro Romero León: director of ARRANCADA.
The articles that you will find on this occasion a
re framed mainly in the teaching of Physical Culture: offering interesting tools and analysis, based on the most up-to-date scientific work
of sport and its implications.
